Looking for Bait

Capture the quiet rhythm and timeless routine of coastal Panama with Looking for Bait, a captivating original oil painting by Al Sprague. The artwork highlights two local fishermen setting out on the water at daybreak: one stands poised at the bow holding his throw net, which glows in the warm reflection of the early morning sun, while the other skillfully steers their boat into the open water. With masterwork light and stroke, Sprague paints a serene yet lively scene honoring Panama's rich maritime traditions.
